|Northwest Hawai'i 'Ohana is a C(3) non-profit organization. Our purpose is to honor our cultural, social and educational needs of its members by offering variety of events and programs that's designed to celebrate the cultural diversity of the people of Hawai'i.|
Our first annual Heart of the Islands Festival is scheduled on June 9th, 2018 at Pioneer Community Center in Ferndale, WA. Stay tuned for details as the committee starts planning and visit our Heart of the Islands Facebook page for upcoming Festival details. Our new event will feature hands-on educational presentations on Hawaiian cultural traditions as well as wonderful traditional arts & crafts, music and dance.

Annual General Meeting & Elections was held on January 7, 2018

Meeting and Elections were held from 1-3 p.m.
The officers of the ‘Ohana were elected at the Annual General Meeting of the membership. Board of Trustees Elections were held, and the following positions were filled:
Vice President: 2 year term--Josephine Garcia-Burke
Secretary: 2 year term--Inga Elvrom
Board members: Charles Schmidling and Makena Schmidling
